To optimize efficiency and minimize costs, we offer card printing on demand. This means that you only pay for the cards that are actually printed, rather than having to bulk order a fixed number of cards. With this flexible approach, you can easily manage your card inventory based on demand, reducing waste and unnecessary expenses.
Available textured finishes:
- Silk Matte: a smooth, non-glossy finish
- Coarse Matte: non-glossy finish with a rough texture
- Gloss: a high-shine, glossy finish
Metalic elements:
- Full-Face Foil/Foil Stamp - create a metallic appearance with a full-face foil card or accentuate specific card elements
Inventory Charge: No
Price per card: available upon request
Timeline: 2-4 weeks
Custom Inventory - Plastic Cards
Custom inventory plastic (PVC) cards offer a range of personalization options to better align with the Client’s branding needs. These cards can be customized in various ways, including:
- Colored cores
- Enhanced durability
- Hot foil stamping
- NFC chips and software integration
- Pearl finishes
- Silk screen printing
- Etc..
This flexibility ensures that the physical card program can be tailored to meet brand-specific requirements.
Inventory Charge: Yes ; minimum of 5,000 cards
Price per card: subject to card design and client requirement assessment
Timeline:
- Standard: 6 - 8 weeks
- Express: 4 weeks express option (additional charge)

You can choose from a wide range of metal card options, including 14g, 16g, or even 22g metal cards.

- Prototype: 3 - 5 weeks
- Production: 4 - 7 weeks

Other options include solid wood, see-through/clear cards, reactive ink, OLED/LED, and many more.
Card Delivery
To ensure smooth and convenient card delivery, we collaborate with USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS to utilize their reliable delivery channels.
