Returns a password reset token directly instead of emailing it. Use it for a user who must reset their password after the first login, then pass the token to Reset Password.

Rules:

• The bypass-sending-password-reset-email global configuration must be enabled.
• The logged-in user must be required to reset their password after the first login.
