Retrieves the list of currencies eligible for exchange within a specific multi-currency wrapper account.
The response identifies the account's base currency and available foreign currencies. Currencies where isBaseCurrency is false are eligible for buy/sell operations against the base currency. This list is typically used to populate the currency selection for a new exchange transaction. This API is to be used to decide the currencies which can be traded for the base currency.
