Get Mock PIN URL

Sandbox-only simulator endpoint that gets a mock PIN URL without calling the card processor.

The banking instance identifier. Use default for staging simulations.

Authentication credentials were missing or incorrect.

403

The authenticated user does not have permission to fetch mock PIN URLs.

404

The specified simulated card was not found.
