This API enables the creation and activation of a new card for a specified account.
Mbanq would be configured the Card product for you,just provide that card productId, which specifies the type of card to be created.
If the savingsAccountId is not included, you must provide the savingsProductId and the clientId, which will result in the creation of a default account for the client.
Additionally, you can provide the userId to associate the card with a specific user within the client's account.
Once the card is successfully created, it will be automatically activated and ready for immediate use.
Behaviour : A successful response from this API indicates that the card was successfully created.
