Use this API to adjust the card limits for a credit card.
Credit limit is the maximum amount a person can spend on their card which is set by the credit card issuer.
Available credit limit is the difference between the total credit limit and the outstanding balance of credit card.
The cash limits can be specified separately for Cash advances, though the Cash Advance limit is part of the total credit limit and can be utilized for purchase transactions as well.
However, if any cash advance transaction causes the Cash Advance limit to exceed it shall be rejected.
