Create Client

This API endpoint is used to create a new client in the system.

Please refer to the link : User Onboarding on the detailed onboarding steps about the client.

Behaviour : A successful response from this API indicates that the client was successfully created.
Clients are initially created in a 'pending' state.
Use this API Verify client to verify the client before making them 'active'.
